After you've entered all the information related to your role, you'll see the "Role Summary" page. This page displays all of the data you've shared in one place.

If you have 0 credits, you must purchase credits before submitting your role. If you have credits, submitting a role will deduct one.

Each role is $750 which begins with an initial targeted search process.

After you submit a role, the system begins processing it. If you need to cancel or make changes, please contact help@iqrecruit.com. You could also schedule an intake or demo call with our team for assistance.

 

We do not store your billing information in HootRecruit. Instead, we use Stripe as a secure third party. You can access your Stripe billing details via the HootRecruit platform.

• Click on "Billing" located by clicking on your name at the top right of the navigation bar to access your billing settings.

• Select "Manage billing settings" to open a new tab managed by Stripe.

• Enter the email address associated with your HootRecruit account and click "Send."

• Wait for the email with the login link.

• Stripe will send a confirmation email to the email address you provided.

• After confirming your email, you'll access the Stripe customer portal to manage payment information and view invoice history.

 

Yes! We partner with Stripe to ensure your payment information remains private, encrypted, and safe.

We chose Stripe because they have received the highest certification level for payment processors, Level 1 Service Provider. This means they adhere to the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS), a collection of security standards created by major card brands such as Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
