Intake Quick Tips
  • Providing more details will enable our system to run a more precise search.
  • Likewise, sharing super-specific requirements may limit your results and how many candidates you receive.
  • Right now, we can only support US-based roles.
  • We use a database of standardized job titles and recommend that you select the closest title to your posting.
  • Use any available text field to provide context that might not be in a traditional job posting or captured with the available options. This gives us a better understanding of what's desired in a candidate.
  • Please let us know which backgrounds, industries, or companies to avoid. Don't hold back!
Job title & description

The Job Title screen will be the first to greet you. This field searches our data sources for standardized job titles. 

  • Click the most relevant title. You can add more details in future screens.

  • Click "Next." Feel free to copy and paste a job description in the text field provided. Our intake process covers a lot of information, but we welcome any additional details you may have.

  • When you're satisfied, click "Next." We'll cover seniority & location in this article.

 

Seniority & location
  • First, enter the name of the hiring company. If you're hiring for a client, type their name here. We never disclose this information.

  • Next, you can select the location policy and, if relevant, add additional notes. This information helps our tool filter out candidates in irrelevant locations.

  • Then, select the ideal candidate's management level. Once you do, you can drill down further to choose the seniority. Finally, select the minimum years of relevant experience. You must enter a single number, not a range.

  • Click "Next."
Must-haves
  • First, select the highest level of education required.
  • Next, choose at least one required skill. This field is mandatory in our intake process!

Nice-to-haves

On this page, you can include target companies and industries. You also can exclude any competitor, portfolio, off-limits companies, and irrelevant industries.

Likewise, you can also share target profiles with us!
